"There was no linen change for our two night stay. Also, we had to go to front desk to get fresh towels. Policy overrides customer needs. Not even close to Marriott facilities. Last time we stay at a Hilton. G Howarth"

"Check in took over 3 hours due to a nationwide shutdown. we were finally given a room only to realize its already occupied, given a 2nd room only to find 1 queen rather than the king we paid for, settled for that room because it was late and we were tired, asked for some type of comp. still waiting"

"Possibly the best hotel in Monaca. Breakfast was above average for typical "free continental breakfast", although it would have been nice to have yogurt and regular oatmeal available since there was a section of "toppings" (it didn't make sense to use on pre-packaged flavored oatmeal.)
The workout room was great. Although we didn't use it, there is also a nice indoor pool. Great value for the money. Definitely hope to stay here again."
