"The staff was friendly but understaffed for a busy weekend. The tv didn’t work- no pillows in my room- no towels. The rooms all smelled like cigarettes. It was one of the worst experiences ever!"

"The early check in link helped speed time up tremendously. I just had to grab my room keys when I got there but, the front desk person there when I arrived was not personable. Other than that - breakfast was good. Room was clean. Everything worked. Overall great stay!"

"We stayed here last year for a tournament at the sportplex. It was such a good experience we stayed again for this weekend tournament . We’ll definitely be back"

"The property seemed somewhat run down although the room was clean. The internet wasn't working in some rooms, including mine. I was told I could use the internet in the breakfast room, in the main part of the building where the check-out counter is. So I only had internet when I left my room. The phone didn't work in my room. The tv worked so I found some good shows to watch and that got me through with a smile on my face. I liked the smell of the soap in the room and I liked the 2 bed non-smoking room. The fish tank in the lobby was nice. The breakfast didn't have any bacon and sausage like some hotels have, but the toast and yogurt was good. I was initially majorly disappointed that things were not better, but at the same time had a good time anyway because just enough was good enough. The hotel is close to a gas station. There were no restaurants across the street like on Mall Road hotels. But it wasn't too far from there. The price was half of what I usually pay, so in that sense it wasn't a bad deal. Thanks."
