Only thing was we couldn’t find instructions for the cooker and to put the hot water on but we nipped over to reception and they were helpful (with the hot water and we worked out the cooker!!). "We stayed at this property for 2 nights. The host’s communication was timely and efficient, we also appreciated the early check-in and the option to store our luggage after check-out. However, we encountered an unexpected issue. The property is spread over two levels, upon arrival, we naturally explored the space. There are three doors downstairs—two locked and one leading to the laundry room, which was unlocked. Assuming the washing machine was available for guest use, we did a load of laundry...

"The Crieff house was centrally-located to shops, dining, and downtown Crieff. The property was clean and well cared for and had all that I needed for a restful time in Crieff. Would absolutely stay there again when I am in town. "

"The property was in a lovely location and handy for local amenities! Very quiet and lovely to sit outside and listen to the bagpipes on a morning! The only down side was the drive down to the property and the potholes if they were filled in it would have been a much easier drive in and out. "

"Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Very impressive and lots to do. All the staff were lovely too. Clean spacious family room. Got moved when we asked for a better view and the room was ideal. Good restaurants and a good atmosphere. Didn’t do the activities as Storm Amy arrived!! Would be lovely in the summer. Will definitely go back to stay. "

"What a lovely hotel in beautiful countryside. The staff in Reception were so friendly and helpful. The room was large with a lounge area and very comfortable. We used the swimming pool after check in which was super and quite warm! The dining room is lovely with wonderful views across to Loch Ard and the bar / lounge area very cosy and comfortable. There are so many walks to do around. We hope to come back and try more of them. The evening meal was overpriced. The Cumberland sausage and mash was very good though I felt I had to add more vegetables (which cost an extra£6!). My husband’s Indian starter of fried haggis and paneer was very tasty but his Chicken tikka was so disappointing as it consisted of a plain chicken breast sitting in some fairly mild tikka sauce - bearing no resemblance to the original dish with a small amount of rice and a little naan bread. "

"Loved: The owner, Sue, is amazing! She was above and beyond the sweetest, most attentive host! I appreciated her attention to detail and making sure my stay was as wonderful as possible. The room was super nice! Loved the bed, wonderfully warm and comfy. The view of Loch Earn was beyond words, so beautiful! Very nice size bathroom with big bathtub and shower. TV, mini-fridge, kettle, and Keurig amenities in the room. Kitchen and bar service very good. Beautiful hotel and grounds. Pet-friendly. Gorgeous area and grounds! Note: public transportation is tough. Taxi service available. Also, if like myself and have mobility issues, note that there are no ground floor hotel rooms. "
