No matter which staff, they were all very friendly and helpful. Always said hello with a smile on their faces and asked how everything was going throughout our stay. We loved the option of afternoon snacks and the popcorn was a plus.

The staff were friendly, and the room was clean. One downside was that the bed made noise whenever it moved, so I couldn’t sleep deeply.
