Charming Gadsden Home w/ Golf Course Views!
The house was in the perfect location for what we needed. The surrounding area was perfect. The house itself had a musty smell upon entry, had rat traps in the corners of each room, and had a moldy coffee filter with coffee still inside, in the coffee maker.
