"Property is gorgeous and the cabin was cute, but the staff wasn’t anywhere to be found when we checked in around 7pm. The bell on the desk didn’t work. I had no service to call the phone number that was left for help, so we just had to wait until someone decided to come to the desk. The guy was nice though when he did come. The fridge in our room also didn’t work and the shower liner soaked through almost immediately and got everything wet. WiFi not great either once we were able to connect."

"We stayed at Aikens Lodge in Kanab, Utah last night and really enjoyed it. The hotel has been beautifully renovated while keeping its fun 1950s retro vibe—down to the vintage-style Frigidaire mini fridge in the room. Super clean, comfortable, and full of character. Kanab itself is such a cool little town with some great food spots, which made the stay even better. It’s also pet-friendly with a reasonable $20 fee, which we appreciated. Only downside was the lobby was closed, so check-in was at the Best Western down the street. The pool was also closed, and the complimentary breakfast is located there as well. Not a dealbreaker, just something to know. Overall, we’d definitely recommend Aikens Lodge—perfect if you’re visiting Zion or the Grand Canyon. We’d absolutely stay here again and hope to catch it when everything is fully open."
