"Staff was friendly. Hotel is in a great area with shops and restaurants nearby. Cleanliness of the room was my only issue. 1. There was a sock in the sheet set for the pull out bed. 2. I found a big bottle of cream by the window sill when i moved the curtain. 3. They told me someone would come clean the room every other day, but no one ever came. "

It was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. "The room was clean and comfortable for one night. The front desk door was locked at 3pm and had to use a side window to check in. The lady could not find my reservation and seemed confused but in the end she gave me my room. It was a basic motel and overpriced for what it is but I needed a place close to Burbank airport last minute so it worked. "

"Room wasn’t on the same level as a Hilton but definitely comfortable. I enjoyed the balcony a lot. The rooms were a really decent size and my kids definitely enjoyed them. The bathroom is a bit small but big enough for us. But the hot water is a little finicky. The pool was heated which was super nice and the hot tub was awesome. The parking lot is a little dirty but not too bad overall. Unfortunately no microwaves in the rooms but there is one in the lobby. Coffee bar was basic but still...

"Be wary when booking the 2 bedroom suite. I booked the 2 bedroom, 3 months in advance and was never told the 2 bedrooms were overbooked. I found out on my arrival date. My reservation was split into 2 studio rooms. Also there are no adjoining rooms, only "adjacent" rooms. I opted to wait for my other room to be adjacent since the whole reason why I booked this hotel was for my family to be together. I was told it would be about 1 1/2 hours for the room to be ready.
