"Absolutely stunning view, the staff was super helpful from beginning to end! Breakfast was good! The pool and hot tub were a hit for the kids! The room was very clean! We love that they were dog friendly too! They even gave a doggy treat bag at arrival it was so sweet! We will! Be back!!"

"I was quite surprised with all the hype about the Allred because it just seemed like every other room at every other hotel in Newport. I have been coming to Newport for years and this is a very old hotel that was purchased, the old part remodeled and a new addition added to the old part. My room was supposed to be a superior king with a fireplace and an ocean view. This is the top bracket other than the two-bedroom suites, and it fell short to say the least. It was on the first floor so mainly what I saw were the tops of the cars parked across the street. The front desk person when I checked in could not speak English very well. Then after around 8 p.m. good luck finding anyone for anything. I usually stay at Little Creek Cove Resort and that is defiantly where I will go on my next visit where a suite is really a suite."

"View and room was amazing. The check in person was to be desired. Besides asking us our name and for a signature they didn't talk to us at all. Instead spent the time dealing with someone on the phone. No info was given about wifi, or breakfast. Had to figure those out on our own. She was also very hard to understand with the thick accent and broke. English but we worked past that. Morning staff was amazing. Gave recommendations on places to eat once we left and things to do in the area. We enjoyed watching the seals play in the bay and the sunrise beach campfire someone had outside our room made it even better. Even though 2 of the jets in the jet tub were not working it was still an amazing tub and was just the relaxation we were needing. Would definently stay here again."

"Amazing view of the ocean from our room on the third floor. Staff was very friendly and willing to help make our trip special- especially Brandi at the front who checked us in and out. The fire pits out back made it very cozy when the evenings brought the chill in. The breakfast had a lot of different food and drink options. If we go back to Lincoln City, we will definitely be booking again! "

"Their cleaning staff quit in the middle of their shift so they had someone else clean. We were missing trash bags, towels, found sunflower seeds by the bed, hair in the shower, old used soap bar, the jet tubs jet didn’t work, which was the main reason we rented this one, and the door took 10 tries to get unlocked because the door wasn’t aligned well from what I could guess was a door kicked down. The view was beautiful but the yard was full of cigarette butts."
