"Fabulous place in a great location, very quiet and safe area and plenty of car parking available overnight with restricted parking during the day. Accommodation was excellent and I will definitely use it again, kitchen was well stocked and the bed very comfy and overall the place was very well done out and clean. Communication with the host was very good additionally."

"This is a lovely place to stay. It has everything you need . We stayed here as we were going to a concert in Murrayfiels stadium and the location was perfect. "Ideal location with charming village area nearby. Easy walk to local pub and to the water. Flat was spacious and well equipped; but could have used a bit more maintenance and some air freshener (near the sea, so a bit of a damp, musty smell). It was a bit farther from central Edinburg (~40 min) than I had expected; but the quaint village feel of the area was well worth the few extra minutes drive. All in all a nice place to support local sight seeing and day trips."

"What an amazing property. A real hidden gem. Property was much larger and more spacious than I expected from the listing. Social living areas downstairs were just fabulous and bedroom spaces upstairs were great. A couple of the bedrooms a bit rough round the edges however all bedrooms nice and clean. Outdoor space was great with a fire pit and outdoor furniture. The propertys location is great for peace and quiet, although there is one property next to it we never seen or heard anyone...

"After a long drive to get there it was lovely to dump the cases and get into the hot tub. The accommodation was better than expected and we both enjoyed our stay there. We were told that the drive was a wee bit tight but other than that, no issues"

"Breakfast was cooked lovely and very tasty . I did not go for healthy . Staff are super friendly and so helpful . Room was very clean and quiet and had a great rest . Would recommend this hotel to all , for the very modest price it was a highly professional and quality service and evening meal was amazing . Going back this week due to how at home i felt"

"Had a lovely 1 night stay at Balbeggie. Room was lovely with a lovely view out over the garden. Food was delicious with plenty of choice. Fantastic cocktails at a really good price. All staff were so lovely and helpful. Would definitely recommend a stay here and we will be back."

"Room was clean with beautiful views and enough space for all 3 of us. Staff were very pleasant and helpful when questions were asked. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options. Had to ask for pancakes for my little one though and no chocolate sauce which she was disappointed in but didn’t ruin our breakfast experience. We used the pool which was great too. Kids pool was warmer than the big pool which was lovely. "

"Checkin was fine, receptionist made sure we'd keyed in our car reg to their parking iPad to avoid a penalty charge. Room 20 was a good size, recently renovated, a bit similar to a Premier - so it's pretty good. The only small niggle was the shower didn't have much pressure, but still a 5 star stay. Bar next door is friendly and inexpensive, breakfast was really good. All in all great value for money. "
