"The place was clean and the staff were friendly at check-in and check-out. The reception area is cosy and nicely done with board games, books and a fireplace. We had booked and paid for an Alpine view room, but were given a room at the end of the hallway with only a partial view of the mountains - and only if you stepped onto the balcony and looked to your left. The view from inside the room was definitely not "Alpine view," just trees. Housekeeping also left some dirty dishes behind and...

"This hotel is something special! The decor, the ambience, the location. Also having free mini bar, free happy hour and free breakfast was such a nice touch! Close to the gondolas and to main town square. The room was spacious and had beautiful views of the mountains. Do not hesitate to stay here - you will not be disappointed!"

"Great room! No faults, the bed was heated and warm through out my sleep which was great. Such a good little surprise to check into. Location was great to walk into town under 5 minutes just down a big hill and then up again and back to the hotel. Highly recommend! Will stay again! A bit outdated but looking at the other hotels they’re all the very similar. Loved the free water to fill up your bottle while you’re on the go!"
