"Room was small functional & very clean. The staff was helpful when approached. Parking was difficult as there is a lot of construction with barriers being moved as I navigated at times. There is a garage across the street from the hotel but to drive to it you go about four blocks to reach it. The bar staff was very friendly with nice drink options. Coffee was not available in your room but was the bar."

"Good overnight stay. Just what we were looking for. The staff was very friendly. The room was basic but clean. Good fridge. We liked that we could open a window a bit for fresh air. The breakfast room was a little loud and echo-y. I would turn off the sound if I had my choice. Biscuits, toast, eggs, juice & decent coffee. Bonus: located very close to riverfront park, good for a walk or run or playtime with kids. We walked over the pedestrian bridge to Omaha riverfront & into downtown. Nice morning."

"The place was great overall, and low-key, I honestly wasn’t expecting the bed to be as comfortable as it was. That was definitely one of the biggest highlights of my stay. My main issue was the TV. The remote didn't work at all, so I had to turn the TV on and off and manually change the input. Even after that, the TV still wouldn't work properly. I eventually had to connect my computer just to watch anything. I also tried calling the front desk multiple times to see if someone could help resolve the issue, but no one ever answered. That was probably the most disappointing part because it felt like no one was available to help when something went wrong. The bathroom sink was also leaking. Although the leak itself was minimal, it looked like it may have been neglected for some time. Behind the sink, visible reddish mold or buildup was beginning to form between the cracks, which definitely needs to be addressed. Other than those issues, I really enjoyed the place. Would I stay here again? Yes, mainly because the beds were so comfortable. If they addressed the maintenance issues and the front desk were a little more responsive, this could be a really great stay."

"The surrounding area is very walkable, cozy and aesthetically pleasing to the eye. The room was clean, but the bed wasn't comfortable at all. The elevators are a bit loud but functional. Breakfast was okay. Parking was easy to navigate."
