"The staff were kind but that doesn’t take away from what occurred in room 317. There’s a bed bug infestation in that room. As I slid down after an exhausting day. I felt pinching and itching sensation on my face and arms. Mind you this was around 2:30AM. The room was immediately vacated and some of my items had to be tossed to prevent contamination from them to my home. Had to drive back home exhausted, emotionally drained, mentally exhausted. "The front desk employee was so accommodating and helped us with an early check-in after our red-eye flight from the West Coast. That level of customer service is one of the reasons we keep coming back. We always stay here when visiting the area and absolutely love it!"

"The airport shuttle was great! They were on time, loaded our luggage, and took us right to the airport. We didn’t make any pit stops. The room was standard, nothing special. When we went to the lobby for the early shuttle, the front desk person was sleeping and snoring. It took several minutes for her to wake up."

"I stayed for one night as I was traveling across town and from the reviews I thought this would be a clean hotel. We arrived and the smell in the room was horrible, the bathroom was falling apart mold all over the floor boards, there was still hair left over from previous stayers. But the room was so musty, it was super uncomfortable to sleep."

"This was a well kept resort. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We loved our room location and layout. Top notch restaurant and quality hotel. We also enjoyed the meals and view of the golf course. We definitely will come back again. Thank you."

"It was nice, but they did not honor the room we booked and paid for 7 months prior. Then they had us carry sheets, blankets, and pillows to our room for the pull out sofa. When we opened the pull out, there were already sheets on it, and there were crumbs everywhere in them."
