"The comforter/outer cover had holes in it. The bathtub had a crack that someone had attempted to repair-but it was still cracked. Breakfast was appropriate as a Continental breakfast. Parking was plentiful and free."

"Would have been better if the staff understood me, unfortunately everytime i asked a question they didnt understand me, eg: where to park, no information at all in the room regarding Internet connection, rooms were clean, bed comfortable but rooms do need some serious updating, walls had been repaired and plastered over but not painted in several places not a place i would stay again "

"Our room was farthest away from office. Junk piled everywhere at two rooms to our left. Not construction but old appliances and such. Cockroaches in bathroom. Made reservation for four adults. Paid for four adults and had 2 towels of three sizes..... to me that is not good customer service. Will not go back."

"I reserved 2 queen beds and was told to tell Expedia their website is wrong and that accessible rooms are not two beds, only one. So needless to say, I didn't get 2 beds. I was offered a room with a king bed and when I opened the door to the room, someone was in there sleeping. I was given a room already given to someone else.
