Do not recommend.

Upon arriving to check in at 9:30pm the room was not ready. I was told it was being cleaned and it would be a 5 minute wait, more like 30 minutes. A woman comes out to give me the key card. She than stated that its one of the new rooms and to not mess it up & please don't smoke. I told her we're only here to sleep! Once we got upstairs to the room the same woman was coming out of the room and as we were going in she stated again its a new room OKAY! I don't know what she thought we would do to it?! Anyway....The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. Based on service I don't recommend this place and wouldn't stay there again.

Jebus this place was something. The office is locked and you have to hit a buzzer to get someone to come to a window where everything is done through a small slot. Definitely doesn’t inspire a feeling of safety upon arrival. Checking in the guy showed up after a few minutes. Checking out took much longer. I actually had to call the motel, was put on hold, and then she came back and said she couldn’t get in touch with anyone either. Why is the motel phone number outsourced and how is that even a real answer? Anyways, room was clean. No water pressure in the shower. Maybe it’s one of those low flow save the planet shower heads, but it’s not. Toilet wasn’t great. Thankfully I didn’t have to poop because the water flushed in slow motion and eventually not at all. Fridge made a loud clicking noise the whole time. I rarely leave negative reviews but this place was nuts. I’ve never stayed at a motel where the office was locked with a set up like a drive thru bank slot. Stay somewhere else.

8 channels on the TV. Burn holes all through out the bedding and when we asked for an additional pillow we were told "please don't burn these". No breakfast or coffee as advertised. No access to the lobby, all business done through a takeout window. This motel is a disgrace to be a part of the chain.
