"Checkout is 11am..breakfast clised at 9am, really? Security lock on door didnt work..had to change rooms. Air conditioning was noisy..never again. Doors squaked like crazy, guess they've never heard of WD 40. Too lazy to fix large gap in vinyl plank flooring. Forein ownership of course, Wyndam downhill "

"I chose this hotel because of the price, ratings and location. My son was having surgery and we had to be there at 630 in the morning. This hotel was only 15 minutes from the clinic which was perfect considering we live two hours away. The ratings where great, unfortunately utterly wrong. We arrived around midnight and people were hanging around outside, strong smell of weed in the air. The place seemed fairly clean but run down as if much needed repairs/maintenance was being neglected. Missing ceiling tiles, carget patched together and coming apart, elevator sounded like it was on its last leg, vending machines and ice machines either empty or non-existent. The guy at the front desk was kind of short with me, and unsure about somethings. The room was not very accommodating. Roaches in the beds, on the walls and in the bathroom, bathroom looked as if it was half a*s cleaned, borax powder all over the room. We had four people in our room and was only given two towels and one rag. Asked the guy in the lobby for more and was told he didn't have any. I got the wifi password from him and after trying to connect to the 6 or so wifi networks listed with no avail I gave up. All of them that required a password said it was incorrect and the ones that didn't would not connect because the signal was too poor. The TV had very few channels and keep glitching. There was no garbage can in the room or hallway. I guess you get what you pay for "

"I stayed overnight at this hotel cause I was having surgery at the surgery center nearby. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were clean. This place is an amazing on the inside. Thank you very much."
