"The whole place was clean and tidy, beds comfortable. Rooms cleaned daily. Reception staff were fantastic, I had to re book my stay a few times as I had a relative in hospital. The reception staff were very supportive all the way through to ensure that I had limited stress whilst there. Would definitely stay again, there is a local garage to get groceries from, restaurants and bars are 20 minute walk away. "

"Area of the property was great!!! We had a washer machine that never worked even after telling the cleaning lady. They never fixed it after whole 3 days. Another issue was that the property didn’t refresh the towels every day. Only one day they gave us fresh towels. Also, they had complimentary nespresso machine with only two capsules for The first day and then again it was never re-filled. Property didn’t have any iron or steamer. Overall it was a good apartment."
