"Its so warm inside the beds. The fans are not working well, and it's placed in a basement. So the air quality is really low. The beds were clean but the shared areas were dirty often. Also people stole our juice drinks from the fridge.. and people did not follow the rules either, so much noise even after 24:00 "

"I booked through Hotels.com, when I arrived there was no record of my booking. Eventually I was given a room. The room was cold and i was offered a fan heater. There was no hot water. The restaurant was closing early, and the menu was very limited with lots of items not available. I was booked in for a 4-night stay but i only lasted 1 night. I will not use this hotel again and do not recommend anyone staying there."

"This was a conference hotel and it was in a good location for us. The hotel was clean and prices were fair. The breakfasts did not offer what I usually eat. The room did get hot and there was no air conditioner. "

A lovely time was had by all and we absolutely intend to stay there again as soon as possible."
