"Our stay at the hotel was overall very good. The room was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and I appreciate the hotel providing not only shampoo/conditioner/ shower gel, but lotion for use. "Breakfast was good. The first day there was a hair in the hash potatoes. And the original waffle batter run out, so you had to have the other kind. It didn’t seem like anyone was there at the front desk at all times. And we asked for four extra pillows and they said we can only have 3. The hot tub was warm, but the pool was pretty cold. There was toy lid under the ac from the previous occupant. So it seems like they didn’t clean it thoroughly. Overall it was just okay. I’ve stayed at better BWH....

"This unit was the dirtiest place I have ever stayed. We arrived to dirty bathrooms and the kitchen needed to be scrubbed down, countertop, appliances and floor all needed to be cleaned. There was hair on the couch so we covered it with a sheet so we could sit down. The shades in the upstairs bedrooms didn’t function so we had street lights in our eyes all night. We sent some of our group somewhere else to stay. They did offer to send in someone to clean but by then we’d cleaned ourselves. We...
