"The hotel looks nice outside, but the room is dated especially the bathroom. When I stay at any hotel, the first thing I do is wipe everything that I think I would touch with a Clorox wipe. I then use that same Clorox wipe to wipe the floor. At this hotel the floor was very clean because that wipe was still white after I used it on the floor. The room needs new paint and the bathroom needs to be renovated as mold was seen everywhere - the sink, the tub, etc. I’m not sure why it’s a 5 Stars rated hotel. Maybe the outside is but definitely not the room. The bath tub is so high. You would loose your balance and fall when you step outside after the shower. "

"The place was dated. A lot of upkeep is needed. Checkout you need to have ZALO or WhatsApp to communicate with the host. Using Expedia messaging you would need to wait a day to get a response. Pool you need to register each time you visit 30 mins ahead and then a few minutes before use. Only 4 sun chairs in the whole area. "
