"I booked the junior suite and it was excellent. There were some hiccups with the lack of milk being offered as standard but after a conversation with the management team this was rectified. I had a city view suite which gave me a view of the airport and the roads beneath, but if I return I'll be seeking the courtyard view, as its very pleasant and the hotel do a light show with the water fountains at night. In the main the staff were friendly and helpful, so will be visiting again"

They consistently went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The breakfast was excellent, with fresh and varied options each morning. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. As a frequent traveler, I’ve stayed in many hotels, and this one stands out for its service and hospitality. The location is also a major plus—convenient, safe, and close to restaurants and shops. I chose it based on reviews and was not disappointed. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Addis Ababa. It offers great value and a memorable experience. I will definitely stay here again."

"I didn’t get to stay long since it was a short visit,The room was spotless, but a little outdated. The bathroom lacked some amenities, and the curtains are a bit weird, you can see from outside, so we had to use a chair to cover it. It just needs a little renovation. "
