"Staff are lovely. Hotel restaurant is amazing. Had to pay extra to upgrade room. Be careful when packing stairwells are very tight . Difficult to navigate. Elevator available very tight, understandably not North American standards. "

"This is an amazing location right in the center of town with the picturesque view of the waterfall! The room was spacious, well kept and extremely comfortable. Also, the café below was open throughout the day and the people were very welcoming. Giancarlo, Amanda, Lorenzo and others were very helpful during my stay.♥️"

"Ein sehr schönes Familiengeführtes Hotel mit einem sehr tollen direkt angrenzend Restaurant in welchem ich nahezu jeden Abend gegessen habe. Der wlan Empfang könnte etwas besser sein und der Fernseher im Zimmer etwas größer allerdings war Streaming problemlos möglich. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die warmherzige und tolle Art der Betreiber Familie. Ein toller Pool der zum verweilen einlädt und sehr gepflegte Außenanlagen."

"Not what we expected. We book our last night in Italy at this hotel as it was an hour or so from the airport and it was supposed to have a nice pool in a small town. Pool was not available, services were not explained, very poor customer service everywhere."
