"Filthy room. There was a “personal pleasure’ toy in the bed and visibly dirty sheets. The office staff would not switch our room or couldn’t offer housekeeping to change out the bedding. We ended up sleeping in our vehicle instead because who wants to sleep in a strangers body fluid and dirt? We went to a different hotel. "

"Everything was thought of for this property! It was absolutely amazing. Check in and check out was so easy and convenient! The location itself is perfect but on top of thought they have the parking situation taken care of, the rooms are adorable, the amenities on the property were fantastic. when we arrived we had a ticket for a complimentary drink at the tiki bar and a complimentary coffee at the succulent coffee shop. This place is FANTASTIC! I can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend. "

"There were cockroaches in the bathroom, the bathroom walls were sticky, there were cigarette butts all over the back patio, and there was homeless and meth heads all over the property and surrounding areas. The room was fairly clean, however. I stayed there about three nights, and it was just me and my teenage son. This didn’t seem like a very family friendly environment, also the end was sold out on a couple nights and there was no parking so I had to park in the electric car charging areas. It’s interesting because the normal parking was packed, but there was no one parked at these charging stations and the management allowed me to park there since the outlining areas were covered in homeless convergences. "

"They over booked the hotel and since we showed up kind of late they canceled my reservation And when we showed up they had already given our room to someone else 😌 "
