"Here’s a cleaner version:
We loved our room, the corner windows, and the location of the Airbnb — only about 10 minutes from Huntsville. We also felt very welcomed.
That said, I think there is room for improvement. Most importantly, the bed didn’t feel clean. There were some visible stains, and it didn’t smell fresh. The bathtub was a nice bonus, but there was no shower head holder, which made showering difficult. We stayed in late May, so I understand it wasn’t peak season yet, but I still felt the outdoor area could have been maintained a bit better."
"The stay was awesome, very spacious and clean rooms. the property had ample of parking. very kind and helpful staffs. This too good for the families with kids. The lobby was very spacious and had some entertainment equipment. overall all 10/10."
"Wifi was crap. Was a rainy weekend and the Wifi continually cut out.
We paid for the BBQ and could not get the BBQ tanks to turn on. We ended up using another units BBQ. 3 units ended up sharing 1 BBQ."
"Very large room in one of three buildings had a great view and was very comfortable.
Staff was friendly and tried to be accommodating. Tv went out in a storm and they had nothing to say (or compensate for the lack) other than sorry. Maybe they could’ve directed my complaint to the manager, but they did not.
No food available in the bedroom buildings, have to travel to another building.
Food was unavailable until 9 am-I get up at 6, so had to drive somewhere to even get a tea (because there were no tea pods or kettle in the room, no microwave either). This was quite inconvenient considering the $500 I paid for the weekend.
If these things don’t bother you, then you will enjoy your stay.
Hearing the Loons cal at 6 am in the fog-priceless!"
