"Eveything fine and as expected. Just that over night, somebody (or some people) in the same hallway kept opening and slamming their doors every 30-40 mins from 10pm to 2am."

As an aging person I would not stay there again because you don’t have any shuttle to the airport and it’s a very long way to get there. Any hotel that I’ve ever stayed at that was near an airport had shuttle service. I’m very surprised that you don’t. FMK."

"checked in late. called ahead to make them aware i’d check in late. had to wait at the front desk for 20 min to check in bc no one was there and no one answered the main number. other than that annoyance, the hotel was nice and convenient to airport."

"Bathrooms were weird. Shower and toilet were in a separate room from the sink, which would have been ok except the shower/toilet room was tiny. Shower door wouldn’t stay closed so I either had to hold it with one hand and wash with the other or get everything wet. Walking down the hallway to my room smelled so bad of marijuana it made me think I was the only one in the hotel who didn’t smoke. Bar staff was great, though"

"The décor was very chic and stylish, and the property was exceptionally quiet at night. The room was spotless and well maintained. I especially loved the bed—it was very comfortable, and I slept extremely well. I gave this hotel 4 stars because the front desk experience could be improved. The woman who checked us in was not particularly friendly or welcoming, which left a less-than-positive first impression."

"Very happy with our over night stay , very close to the airport. Staff was waiting for us as we had a late flight that was delayed as well. Hotel was clean our room had a small microwave which worked great to heat water for our cup a soups. I know gross, but nothing is open after 10 pm in the area which has nothing to do with the hotel, this is just an insight. Cons: -No contact with a real person to let the hotel know we were going to arrive after the midnight check in deadline. Two hours of...

"The property is in disrepair. Our room was in disrepair. The freezer had mold in it, the ice machines don't work, the staff was extremely slow. Plus they demand a security deposit for damages. Also the bed cover was stained and so was the mattress on the pull out sofa. It was quiet and not busy."

"We arrived late in the evening in anticipation for my son's graduation from URI the following morning. We checked in and headed right to the room as we were exhausted from our journey. The room was spotless, the beds were pristine and comfy. We quickly put on our pjs and went to brush our teeth before heading to bed when we realized we forgot our toothpaste!! Aaaaahhhh!
