"I was annoyed at having to pay £45 to take my little dog and then when we arrived there wasxan offer on that dogs were FREE and would not refund me ! Coz i booked early in the year before the offer !! Also expected towels and had to hire them at a cost of £6 Also no WiFi in the lodge !! Ugh ! Also ..."

"The hotel is super dated. My room was in the annex which is also super dated but most importantly it absolutely stinks of damp/mould. I stayed on the 6th of June the heatings been turned off which is fair enough but it was freezing. It can be cold in June too. Reception said I could grab some blankets ..."
