"The room was clean and had a lot of amenities, however it was missing a USB plug for charging your phone. The staff was not very friendly and there would be 4-5 of them behind the desk and would never ask if they could help you. I stood I front while they all talked to each other for about 5 min before I had to interrupt them. Also, the elevators are incredibly slow so plan for that. Wish they had certain elevators for different series of floors. "

Rooms were beautiful and the hotel smells like a spa walking down the halls. Spa service was excellent and top notch. Highly recommend and would definitely go back again. "
