"Nice Hotel but not five star. Rooms in main hotel are probably five star but we stayed in building next door. hotel restaurant was excellent.
Reception and service was unorganised. Not so happy and several errors and delayed check in.
A bit annoying that I couldn’t book extra night for 140 EUR. Instead I had to pay 240 Eur at hotels.com! Only place room was available. "
"Great hotel in a pretty German Baltic Sea resort.Large number of restaurants nearby for dinner( hotel is a breakfast only)
Very friendly staff
Lovely train trip also available "
"Trevligt och familjärt hotell med centralt och bra läge. Bonus med inkluderat kurkort med tillgång till viss kollektivtrafik. Bra med parkeringsplatser. "
"Loved the thermal swimming pools, proximity to the beach, and the excellent breakfast buffet with freshly cooked food, if desired. The room was a very generous size. "
"Zimmereinrichtung im Lotsenhaus vollkommen okay bis ansprechend.
Sauberkeit nicht ausreichend ( siehe Bilder Bad) Reinigungspersonal spricht kein Deutsch, versteht auch minimal Deutsch.
Keine Fliegengitter, wegen Wassernähe, Mücken in Fülle im Zimmer, Nachtkonzert inklusive.
Außenbeleuchtung so grelles Einleuchten ins Zimmer, keine Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten. Pluspunkt für kleine Kaffeemaschine mit Caps.
Balkon ohne Abgrenzung zu Nachbarzimmer.
Teilweise Baustelle, dadurch ungepflegter...
"This is a great resort for families with kids up to about 6 years old. The facilities cater amazingly to thaat age group. For older kids the pool is very good and the games room is also good, but the kids program for 7-9 year olds is only ok.
Breakfast buffet is fantastic, with great choices.
The appartment we stayed in was a very good size with plenty of space.
It is about 15-20 minute walk to the beach, which for us was fine.
You can rent bikes for a good proce if you want to explore...
