"We especially enjoyed our view over Surfers and the ocean from our 20th floor balcony for dinner and breakfast. And we very much appreciated the receptionist’s advice to us as we were leaving that we could use our complimentary drink vouchers for two barista-style flat whites."

"Not great. Partial refund for one night and did assist with parking after giving advice we could park in Cypress Avenue carpark and pay at the end of the stay - and got a $115 ticket. Manager was excellent but its an old hotel and rooms needs a refurb"
