"Great location and great pricing. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. The bartender downstairs was very cool and remembered us from last time we stayed. I had an issue with my remote control and the front desk had somebody up there in 5 minutes to fix it. Walking distance to very many restaurants and the convention center. Very clean rooms and and comfortable beds. Affordable. Easy parking."

"The venue was represented as a Bed and Breakfast on Expedia. The listed amenities included breakfast, The host explained it was not a Bed and Breakfast but a short-term rental. No breakfast was forthcoming. Moreover, the room did not have a bathroom but a shared bathroom down the hall that was not disclosed. The room was also unusually small. Finally, the room had a check-in after 4:30 and a checkout before 10AM. The home was beautiful but the experience of staying there was disappointing,"

"My room was clean and good. My only complaint is there were advertisements everywhere about “eating in” at their restaurant but there was no restaurant. Not sure why they were advertising if it is nonexistent. Other than that it was good. "

"Staff was phenomenal. The hotel is definitely an experience unlike a regular hotel. Definitely like staying on a boat in the early 1900s when people were a lot tinier haha. But would gladly stay again. The hotel is very convenient to bars, restaurants, tourist spots, and concerts. Very nice walkable. "

"Parking is funky, you park in a garage next to the hotel, handicap parking is NOT near the elevator to the hotel. NO microwaves in rooms and ice machines are only on even numbered floors. Wasn't told you have to "flash" your room key for elevator to work."

"Great walkable location for Sacramento. It's near many restaurants, bars, entertainment. The farmers market that occurs on Saturday's a couple times a month. We were able to walk everywhere from this location. Many parks within walking distance. The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was superb, friendly and helpful. "I don’t usually write reviews but this Inn was very impressive, and the owners are the nicest people who care about their visitors. They have the cutest little dog that greets you when checking in, and the process is so smooth and seamless. The rooms were clean, and as someone who had to stay for a night, I felt extremely safe and well taken care of. "
