"The property was just as pictured. Centrally located with awesome views and two pools. "

"Booked but was found out the placed was closed for booking but the apps still allows to book. Ended up reaching there with no place to stay. Had to make alternative plan to stay for the night. Going thru a terrible process of getting the refund. Till now it’s still hang there from the hotel.com. Customer service feedback cannot contact the property contact person while the WhatsApp from the property said already feedback to the apps."

"The checking-in process is not well coordinated and the booking was a mess. St Nomad Hospitality said it was cross booked between Traveloka and Expedia. I’m totally unhappy about it. Secondly, the St Nomad person contacted and pestered for deposit and other cost day and night prior checking in. Again, this experience was unnecessary and certainly didn’t expect from Expedia bookings. Upon checking-in we found the kettle was not working, water heater needs to be switched on an hour and half before...
