"There was no remote for the TV. No iron or ironing board. The bathroom sink faucet was broken. There was a dirty washcloth on the shower curtain rod. You could tell that someone had shaved in the shower and used the shower wall to tap out excess hair. The shower was gross. The door latch was busted off. The ac unit hardly worked. And the TV had wires hanging everywhere. "

"I had a horrible experience. I booked in advance and when arrived they have given my room up because I didn’t checkin by 6pm and we arrived around 8pmbut I paid for the room already. This was during a busy weekend where the furniture convention was in town and every hotel was book within and 1 and 10mins distance. We were lucky to have found a motel which was horrible and dirty but we had no choice e. This hotel left us in a city with no hotel, no other options and the night staff was so rude...

"I think they have sausage every morning and they don’t seem to be worried about refilling it, one morning it wasn’t even 7 and there was no meat, there’s construction going on not to far from the hotel and around 6 you’ll hear forklifts backing up non stop all day long.
