"We recently stayed for one night at Kyriad Rouen Sud, Val De Reuil and were genuinely impressed. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and very helpful, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, exactly what you want after a long day of travelling. Despite it being a short stay, everything felt well organised and relaxed. Breakfast was another highlight, with a good selection and everything fresh and well presented, an excellent start to the day. The location is also very convenient, making it an ideal stopover whether you’re travelling through the area or visiting nearby. Overall, a great stay. We would happily return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others."

"The hotel was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The in-room shower was powerful with plenty of hot water, although the shower head was fixed at waist height, meaning you had to hold it while showering. Communal areas felt a little shabby in places, though they were generally clean. It was disappointing that bottled water was charged to the room, which didn’t feel justified given the overall price; however, staff were attentive and removed this charge at checkout when raised. Breakfast offered a good selection, but the hot food was often lukewarm. That said, when we mentioned it, the staff were extremely helpful and quick to try and resolve the issue. Overall, it served its purpose as a centrally located place to stay, but it didn’t feel worth the nightly rate. The hotel is a bit tired and would benefit from some redecoration."

"Not the most attractive hotel from the outside but everything inside was excellent. Very friendly helpful staff. Spotless rooms and plentiful buffet breakfast. The pool and sauna were again spotless, well maintained and warm. Decor inside was 'different' most amusing to see various animals holding all the light fittings..!"

"Checking in was difficult, English was not spoken at all. There was a wedding party at the property so the parking lot was full. Be prepared to carry your bags up several flights of stairs. The noise from the wedding was still going on at 2 am. The breakfast was very nice. "
