A few mats for floor work would be helpful. Greatly appreciated the 24-hr laundry facilities with well maintained, clean machines that were available to use for no charge. Good variety for breakfast in welcoming and comfortable dining area. Dining staff was very friendly and accommodating. Loved our stay."

"One of the best hotel to stay at in Waco Texas my awesome stayed at AC Hotel Waco Downtown and had a great experience. Super clean, modern vibe and the room was comfortable and quiet. Location is perfect easy walk to Magnolia and a bunch of spots downtown. Staff was friendly and check-in was quick. Would definitely stay here again. "

"This is a very basic hotel. It's priced reasonably, and has no frills. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet, and the A/C worked efficiently. The room had a kitchenette, but there were no dishes, or coffee maker in the room. I read that these items could be acquired from the front desk, upon request. I had to request a hair dryer, as none was provided in the room. The bed was VERY firm (Hard), and we were quite uncomfortable, and didn't sleep well, as a result. I requested an extra pillow, and was told there were no more pillows available. When I tried to use the in-room phone to call the front desk, I discovered the phone was broken and unusable. We were informed that coffee and granola bars would be available for breakfast, but when we went downstairs, they were either never provided or put away before we arrived. I left my keys behind, and the GM facilitated their return, so I appreciate that very much. As mentioned, the staff were friendly and courteous, they just didn't offer a whole lot. If you need inexpensive, uncomfortable, but clean, safe, and quiet, this is the place for you. "
