"New, spotless rooms. Clean spa, attentive staff. Really good breakfast. Checkout took a bit long because they had to go check what was consumed at the minibar. I thought it was weird, but I wasn't in a rush."

"Ceyda at customer service really didn’t have much experience or understand about Expedia and VIP services. Rooms are pretty dark and the hallways way too dark. Thermal spa was pack and the pool size is small. Only thing about the room I like was the rainforest shower head was awesome. "

"0/10 This hotel is a false advertisement. There is no spa or bar. Personnel don’t even stay in the actual hotel. The rooms are across the street in a very bad building that stinks. The rooms smell terrible and still they list price options for the spa inside the rooms it’s actually funny. They argued that they advertised that the spa is closed but no where does it say that on the booking. Our “valet parking” consisted of the guy pulling the car forward 2 inches while it was parked on the street and got mad when we did not tip him😂 comical. Breakfast was the only thing that was good "

"Area is convenient if you have car since its easy to park, their response on expedia is also fast.. room condition is average as the beds feels like you are shrinking, the sofa also almost felt like its breaking into two. Washing machine did not dry the clothes so I had to bring the wet ones as we drive back to Istanbul. "
