"Hotel was ok, very quiet, not too many people around. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was ok, not great. Gym was average and run down. Only there for one night so can’t comment much more."

"Very nice hotel and conveniently located. Walkable to west lake and 湖滨银泰。武林夜市 is literally downstairs. We bought the horizon club and were able to enjoy breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner!"
