"The room that we stayed in was a bit outdated. The beds were really soft, probably not recommendable for someone with back issues. The drain in the bathtub did not drain very well. After a shower it took about a half hour to get all the water out. The inside pool area was extremely chlorinated. Made your eyes burn. The staff we encountered were all very nice. The beach area was very clean. The tickets to the zoo and Land of Natura made the stay well worth the money."

"Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing stay. The check-in process took nearly an hour, with guests standing in a long line and no explanation or apology from staff for the delay. The property itself appeared poorly maintained. There was trash scattered outside our room on the patio, which gave a bad first impression. At the pool, there were no towels available, and staff made no effort to help or provide alternatives. The continental breakfast was also disappointing. The food was cold, and the selection was very limited. The staff throughout the property seemed indifferent and offered little to no customer service. Our room had several issues as well. The bathroom lights did not work properly, the bathtub drained very slowly, and the beds were hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, the combination of the lengthy check-in, lack of communication, poor cleanliness, maintenance issues, cold breakfast, and unhelpful staff made for a very subpar experience. I would not choose to stay here again."

"The rooms were far away from indoor and outdoor water Park/theme park. Our room had a musty smell. Our beds were hard and bunk bed mattresses were rock solid. Our fan in the bathroom was coming out of the ceiling and hair dryer didn't even work. Need to update the rooms majorly and make them more modern."
