"We were allocated room 58 and were delighted with the light, airy and spacious feel of the room. The sea view was 2nd to none and the shower one of the most powerful we've experienced. The bathroom looks like it has been recently renovated and there was plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. The breakfast was cooked fresh to order, had a great selection and was well worth the add on price. An excellent stay and would highly recommend if visiting the Bognor area."

The 3 en-suite rooms are in a wing of the family home. Alison made us an amazing full English breakfast every morning in the guest only private breakfast room. "Pam and Lorna are great hosts . The breakfast was amazing and the room spotless. Add to that 15 minutes walk to an awesome sandy beach it’s probably the ideal place to stay . We will be coming back , with the dog next time !"
