"The Clerks at the front desk could’ve been friendlier. Especially my first night there which would’ve been Wednesday night. She basically didn’t speak at all when I came in when I left."

"Never been keen on staying at Red Roof, but I decided to give them a chance to prove their worth. Boy was I wrong! The lobby restroom has no towels or hand-drier. Was given a room on the 5th fl, but the bed wasn't made. They gave me another room also on the 5th fl, but again, the bed wasn't made. The receptionist then compiled a list & went to go check those rooms herself. She gave me one with a kitchenette. Nice, right? Not so. There were hairs everywhere in the bathroom, in the tub, on the toilet seat, and when I reached for a plastic cup to flush them down, there were hairs on the still wrapped cups too. The desk chair had multiple disgusting stains on, I had to put a bath towel over it so I could sit. The next morning, the elevator door only opened 10" & not more. Good thing my 3rd room was on the 2nd fl, so I opted to take the stairs. Scrambled eggs were ice-cold, sausage patties were burned beyond recognition. The supposedly strong coffee was weaker than an English afternoon tea. The place looks dated & run down. It seems the management has given up on it. The receptionists were pleasant, but that's the only good thing I can report here. Save your hard-earned dollars & stay in any of the hotels nearby instead. "

"The paint was peeling on the ceiling. I’ve stayed here before and it seems there no one checking behind the housekeepers. "

"Only one elevator in the building was working. I was initially charged for parking, but that was never mentioned at check-in. I was able to get that reversed (days later) when I communicated that I did not utilize their parking as my son lives in the apartments next door. This hotel has gone down hill in the last few years and does not represent the Hilton standards or the rates that they are charging."

"For the second time staying at the Hotel Indigo I was assigned a room in their annex building, requiring to walk across the parking lot to get to the room. Multiple issues with getting access to the room, heat did not work and room was not well below standards for cleanliness. I will not be staying here again. "
