"The staff was extremely friendly. The charger in my room didn't work and the front desk worker allowed me to borrow one. She was extremely helpful. Breakfast was really good and my room was very clean. Bed was comfy and I had everything I needed. Would definitely stay again."

"We stayed at Comfort Suites in Jackson, Missouri, for two nights and had a very pleasant experience overall. The rooms could use a few cosmetic updates and minor touch-ups, but they were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained where it mattered most. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Check-in and any questions we had were handled professionally and with a smile. We also appreciated how easy the location was to find. DoorDash had no trouble delivering to the hotel, which was convenient after a long day of traveling. The indoor pool area was clean and well-maintained. While the pool water itself was a little cool, the room was comfortably warm, making it enjoyable to spend time there. The fitness center was also clean, organized, and in excellent condition. Considering the reasonable price, this hotel offered great value. Between the comfortable accommodations, friendly staff, clean amenities, and convenient location, we were very satisfied with our stay and would gladly stay here again"

"Very nice, well run, well staffed, quiet yet and convenient location. Stairwells needed to be vacuumed and tidied, however, everything else was clean and maintained. Decent breakfast though food only tepid, and abundant parking provided. Though the shower enclosure leaks a bit, though shower is strong and is what hotel guests pray and thank God for afterwards when they stayover at a property. I anticipate repeating my stay in the future."

"I had a very comfortable stay at E.C. Reed's Mercantile hotel. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because it is an older building with the typical problems that come with that. I noticed that the floor was a bit unlevel and I would have liked to have seen a staff person while there. It's just comforting to see other people. I arrived after hours so I knew that, going in. However, it is a very safe and friendly town so I wasn't too worried about any nefarious activity. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room is decorated very tastefully. Very clean all-around. I also appreciated having coffee and a bite to eat for free!"
