The reception staff were extremely rude and treated guests as if we were beneath them — acting like we were stupid and they were somehow superior. "0/10 This hotel is a false advertisement. There is no spa or bar. Personnel don’t even stay in the actual hotel. The rooms are across the street in a very bad building that stinks. The rooms smell terrible and still they list price options for the spa inside the rooms it’s actually funny. They argued that they advertised that the spa is closed but no where does it say that on the booking. Our “valet parking” consisted of the guy pulling the car forward 2 inches while it was parked on the street and got mad when we did not tip him😂 comical. Breakfast was the only thing that was good "
