"I booked this hotel to relax after doing the ancient archeological sites in Eagean side of Turkey.
We had a late check in.
And after our check in we went directly to spa thermal pool and hammam section.
We have been informed that it will be closed at 10:30pm. Fair enough.
But the pool attendant pulled us out of the pool by 10:15, after which we went to hammam then the attendant barged in the hammam section at 10:25. I would expect a little more courtesy instead of being thrown out of the facility.
Secondly the breakfast spot at the hotel didn’t have a window. It was more like a school cafeteria.
I would not recommend this place if you’re looking for a 5 star service. I would only give it 4 stars."
