The apartment was beautiful, much bigger than we had imagined from the photos.
The man that greeted us was very friendly and helpful. He showed us around and gave us a welcome bottle of wine which was a nice touch.

From the moment we arrived until the time we left,Roland was the perfect host.The service from every member of staff was excellent-efficient but also friendly.The food was first class but there are also numerous cafes and restaurants within a five minute walk.The location on the lake was perfect.We could not fault the hotel in any way.

The receptionists were very helpful and friendly. My stay included breakfast, which was available between 7am - 10am. It meant that I didn't have to get up too early for it.
The spa and pool were great, very clean and also had amenities such as snacks, water and hot drinks. They were both open for very long hours so i was able to use them after I returned to the hotel after my day outs.
I would definitely recommend this hotel as it's in middle of Bad Aussee, just the spa and pool is worth...
