We booked two rooms for one night stay. The team at Kellbank couldn't be more helpful and friendly. We travelled with our dog and that was not an issue either. We will certainly come back.

The hotel is very well decorated and looks lovely! The spa is lovely, we used it 2 out of 3 days, hot tubs lovely and warm, also has a cold pool, sauna and steam room, all very good! Underwhelming. This is a very ordinary hotel, despite the hot tubs, pool and spa. The decor is vile, all dull browns with turquoise. In the “Troutbeck” room there is a nasty trip hazard into the bathroom. A stubbed toe was annoying but a cracked skull would have been more so. Tip: if it’s not fixed ...
