Moin, wir sind ein Pärchen das gern mal was neues ausprobiert und für ausgefallene Sachen offen ist. Dennoch reicht es uns für zwei Nächte nur ein Basic Zimmer zu nehmen. Wenn es gut ist.
Bei der Ankunft hieß es dann erstmal "wir können eigentlich mit ihrer Buchung nichts anfangen, da wir noch kein Vertrag mit Hotel.com haben."
Na toll fängt ja gut an und dann hatten wir auch noch ein kleinen Rabatt von Hotel.com. Wir haben das schon irgendwie zu spüren bekommen.
Uns wurde dann von der Chefin das Zimmer gezeigt. Da es ja ein Basic Zimmer war, war dies im zweiten Stock unterm Dach (Mitte August gefühlt die heißesten Tage im Jahr),keine Minibar, kein TV, kein WLan auf dem Zimmer und auch kein normalen Handy Empfang.
Tägliche Zimmerreinigung gab es auch nicht, was schade war da die Handtücher schon nach dem ersten benutzen gemüffelt haben.
Es wird versucht alles wie ein Märchenschloß aus sehen zu lassen. Wie gewollt und nicht gekonnt. Sorry!
Es gab wohl mal ein Sturmschaden an dem wohl immer noch gezährt wird. Es ist wirklich schade, denn in diesem Hotel steckt so viel potenzial.
Das Frühstück, Aufbackbrötchen ist ja nicht so schlimm, 6 Marmeladen, eine kleine Platte Wurst die wohl am Vortrag auch schon mal auf dem Buffet lag, ein kleine Käse Platte und ein bisschen Müsli fertig. Kaffee stand dort auch, Tee hat mein Mann bekommen aber bloß nicht zu viele Wünsche äußern, da wirkte die Chefin etwas genervt.
Was soll ich sagen, ich denke Corona hinterlässt über all seine Spuren.
