"Clean rooms and great value , free transfer to and from Kawaguchi station , place to eat close early . Biggest problem I had was the bed was super hard . I would not come here again unless I specified that I want softer mattress "

"We stayed first night elsewhere but needed a hotel closer to the bus station for the second night. This hotel was perfect for that. In fact, the highway express bus stop is in their parking lot. The hotel is also convenient for the theme park but we only walked around that (lines are LONG). They also have a few stores and restaurants in the hotel, or connected to the theme park. Room was smaller than expected but clean. Breakfast was great and worth buying in our purchase - it also had a fabulous view of Mt Fuji in the morning. Only downside was the Onsen access. It’s a public Onsen (not just hotel guests) which after our resort experience the night before was too much hassle (and more strict about clothing and tattoos) "

"Loved everything- one of a kind onsen, indoors & outside - what a spread of humongous buffet breakfast & dinner with Japanese & western cuisine. Beautiful surroundings, aesthetically pleasing & a great view of the lake & mountain from our suite - 256. "

"Run down and the rooms were not clean. You also can not control the temperature to cool down the room, only heat it so it was very hot. Breakfast doesn’t start until 7 am and you need to wait in line awhile to get in. Not a great experience."

"A good stay can be ruined by unimaginative people who behave loud after 10 PM. Such were my neighbours at my floor last night. Loud talking between 10 pm -1 pm and a person who was directly above me was active and noisy until 1:30 am. Pure idiocy and I wish the management could kick out such people in the middle of the night. Breakfast was a minimum they could give. Beyond any doubt it was the worst breakfast out of six hotels I have stayed in during my trip in Japan. "
