"The breakfast is great, it has variety, a small western option with toast fruit , yogourt, coffe, and a station with fish options, sunny side eggs and omellets, they also have a pork stew that is very tasty with potatoes. Tons of japanese style side dishes, soups and soba noodles. Complementary drinks, be aware that the restaurant is only open for breakfast and late night soba noodles from 930 to 11 pm. "Spacious and modern property with friendly and helpful staffs. My room was essentially a massive studio apartment with separate toilet and shower, stove, living room area, microwave, fridge, AC. and air humidifier. I also had a balcony with foliage view November. The onsen is very clean with indoor and outdoor tub. The outdoor area also has a foliage view, perfect for relaxing after a full day exploring Hakone. The location is about 40 minute away by bus from Hakone, but the amenities were worth it for me. There is a 7-11 right across the hotel for any last minute needs or late night snack. There are also some restaurants within walking distance. I tried the izakaya next to 7-11 and thought it was ok. The breakfast buffet is small but had good food and service. I would like more options and rotating menus throughout the week however. "
