"The room was warm,unfortunately we were unable to get it cooled down. In fairness, i didn't contact reception. Reception staff was a lovely woman, with very good English. She even had my extra pillow in the the room

"Stayed in 'superior room' on 3rd floor with kitchenette, decent coffee machine, balcony with table & 2 chairs. Decent bathroom with good shower. Very very quiet room with full blackout blinds. This is a brand new hotel and has a few teething problems mainly with signage in the common areas, garage etc which I'm sure they will remedy. Overall a wonderful stay."
