"Our stay at Silver Bay Hotel was very disappointing. We had booked a room with two large twin beds but were given one double and one single. The single bed was definitely not sleepable - the mattress was so lumpy you could feel the base beneath it. The double bed was a bit better, but still not comfortable.
The room was far from clean, and the bathroom was poorly designed. The shower caused water to flood the bathroom, and we had to run down to reception for extra towels to try to contain...
"Nasos, ran front desk and bar at same time. He was truly amazing. He made our stay truly fabulous. Hotel was easy to get around town either walking or by bus. Hotel was clean, good AC and WiFi. Would stay here again."

The hot food at breakfast was cold and there was very little (3 rashers of cold bacon) for later comers. The coffee from a machine was undrinkable. The orange juice was poor. "
"There was only 1 air con in the whole apartment but it wasn’t even that good, the person sleeping in the sofa bed in the living room would be suffocating in heat, we asked the host for a fan but she just said there wasn't any and to just close everything, but it did not work.
The food was just simple."
"Beautiful hotel, can’t think of a single fault. amazing value for money, rooms are big, clean and comfy and have a lovely balcony space. the family who run the hotel are extremely helpful and friendly. it’s in a lovely location, just a short walk from the beach, gouvia centre and the marina. Bonus points for the hotel dogs snoopy and rosie! :)"
