"Friendly staff , Good breakfast and Great location close to Copacabana beach. However , the Gym requires refurbishment, equipment was well dated and getting into the room using the Magnetic stripe key card key card was also a nightmare. Otherwise my stay was relatively okay."

The staff was extremely attentive as soon as you walk in they greet you well and they ask you what you need and they make the process of checking in very easy.
