"Enjoyable stay, the hotel is clean. However, this is my second time staying, don’t like the parking you need to park on the street during check in which most of the time downtown Davenport there isn’t parking after check in they open the gate. Just annoying."

"What a dump. Don't waste your money. Window blind didn't cover the window and we were on 1st floor. No hand towels, we were told they don't have them. I said so we're supposed to wipe our hands with a wash cloth that we use to clean our face? Remote didn't work. No ice machine. We paid for 2 queen bed and got a single bed. It was filthy. School bus dropped off about 10 kids for people who where living there. Had to sign a waiver to take out our own trash or be fined .We left and found a better...

"I arrived at 10:45 PM with a confirmed reservation. The person at the front desk was counting coins and, when I greeted him and mentioned my reservation, he interrupted me and indicated (with gestures) that I had to wait until 11:00 PM. "Very immaculate hotel. Room was very clean and spacious. First hotel I ever stayed at that had a door to the bedroom The pillows were extremely comfortable I would like to purchase them for myself Their breakfast area was excellent. Lots of seating and a great variety of offerings especially for children. The only thing missing was a waffle maker I had gone down there before my wife by a few minutes. "If you just need a place to sleep and leave then it’s fine. But it’s dirty and needs major renovations. Staff while friendly was missing and not on property at check in. They don’t have an Expedia computer so they have to call to confirm your renovation. Wouldn’t recommend unless you just need someplace to sleep. It’s in a good area though. Mall is next door"
